The result was only one of the 8 files was used (the last on in the sequence) files are named 0000.MTS - 0007.MTS, only file 0007.MTS was used and it was entirely in the wrong place. This one got labeled with the angle "GUEST1". This was from another posumer video cam and there are no time breaks between the files. Second pass I added only one additional camera of footage. This camera is a prosumer video camera, so there are no breaks between the files. Attachments Capture1.PNG (14.29 KiB) Viewed 5732 timesįirst off I labeled one camera of footage as "FRONT" and copied/pasted that angle name into all 3 files. If I can get this functioning reliably, I'd love to move all of our work over to Resolve. I'm still working on this, but any tips would be greatly appreciated. In this case I believe I have 34 in total between the 5 cameras. I did notice this last time that while processing the multicam track the dialogue box stated that resolve appeared to only identify 7 clips. So once all the clips meta is updated with the angle names, "detect clips from same camera" is checked and I have it use the "Metadata-Angle" (I attached a screen grab) Each camera has multiple files, and sometimes there are gaps. I'm running 5 cameras, so I have "font" "host" "host-tight" "host-wide" "guest-tight" and "guest-wide". I found a tutorial where it was suggested that updating the meta with angel names was a good idea. I'm following everything to the "T" (I believe), but I still don't get a multicam track with everything in it. So, I've been tinkering more and just can't get this to work.
